Hazeley Enterprise Park signs penultimate tenant

Acting on behalf of Humphrey Farms Limited, national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has secured a new tenant for two units at Hazeley Enterprise Park in Twyford, Winchester.

Calder Group, a pan-European engineering company active in specialist engineering, lead engineering and the manufacture and distribution of lead sheet, has signed a new 6 year lease on units 17 and 11b (industrial and office space respectively). The new tenant, which supplies a worldwide customer base in the aerospace, construction, healthcare, nuclear power, oil and gas sectors, has signed for a total of 3,700 sq ft. A rent of £47,325 per annum was agreed.

In the wake of this successful transaction, LSH’s South Coast Agency team has been appointed by Humphrey Farms Limited to market the last remaining industrial unit on the scheme. Unit 7, which also benefits from offices and a reception area, totals 1,862 sq ft and is being offered at a quoting rent of £7.25 sq ft.

Elise Evans of LSH’s South Coast Agency team commented: “Hazeley Enterprise Park is an evolving business community ideal for entrepreneurs and established small companies seeking flexible, competitively priced office or light industrial space in a rural environment. The Humphrey family are local farmers and land owners, and the fact that there is just one unit remaining is testament to the quality of their development. We anticipate a lot of interest in unit 7 as we bring it to market.”
