Residential ground leases at a watersports paradise in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park have been acquired by Pramerica UK for £6.09m.
Investment teams from Colliers International’s London and Bristol office advised Pramerica UK Ground Lease Fund who successfully completed the acquisition of the freehold interest of Isis & Windrush Lakes at Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester in September.
The exclusive holiday village development of 184 lakeside holiday lodges is set in the picturesque Cotswolds Water Park which comprises more than 130 lakes covering 40 square miles.
