London Clancy acting on behalf of private investors have sold the virtual freehold interest of a 12,455 sq ft (1,157 sq m) building occupying a prominent position in South Hants Industrial Park.
The building was purchased by Fox Group (Moving & Storage) Ltd who are represented by Lambert Smith Hampton.
The property was purchased close to the asking price of £750,000.
Fox Group (Moving & Storage) Ltd needed to secure additional premises for their Vanpac Southampton operation to facilitate their expansion.
London Clancy & Aston Rose acted as joint selling agents.
