Halls graduate becomes chartered surveyor

Worcester-based property consultants Halls has helped a graduate boost her career in property now that she has qualified as a chartered surveyor.

Stephanie Doolittle joined Halls as a graduate surveyor after gaining a BSc Hons degree in Property Agency and Marketing from the Royal Agricultural College Cirencester in 2010 (now Royal Agricultural University).

Stephanie has recently successfully completed the tough Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a fully-fledged chartered surveyor.

Stephanie, aged 24, said: “I joined Halls soon after graduating and embarked on the two-year graduate scheme in March 2011. The scheme allowed me to train on the job, which meant I was able to learn from the team’s vast knowledge of the industry and experience the real world of property. I am looking forward to implementing my skill set providing clients with confidence and excellent service in the country house business.”

George Pickard, head of country houses at Halls, said: “On behalf of all my colleagues I would like to congratulate Stephanie on her well-deserved achievement which she has worked incredibly hard to earn. As we expand our business Stephanie will continue with her excellent support in the country house department providing more buyers and sellers with a first class service.”

Halls provides specialist property services to a wide range of clients throughout the Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and wider Midlands region.
