Aesthetics lands new three year deal with Silverstone

A Midlands-based events staffing company is in pole position for growth in 2013 after landing a new three-year contract with Silverstone.

Aesthetics Event Staff Ltd, which is based at Electric Wharf in Coventry, has signed a deal to provide event staff to Silverstone Circuits Ltd for all of its key events over the next three years.

That includes the Formula One British Grand Prix, which will be staged in June this year, as well as other sporting occasions such as the MotoGP, British Superbike Championship and the World Endurance Championship.

Aesthetics will provide between three and 150 staff depending on the size of the event and the number of spectators expected, and roles will include restaurant managers in the corporate areas as well as host and hostess roles.

The company has been working with Silverstone for 12 years already and is renowned for its philosophy of ‘going the extra mile’ for its clients and their customers.

Lee Thomas, the managing director of Aesthetics, believes that is why Silverstone is the latest in a line of venues to renew deals with the company.

She said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won the contract with Silverstone once again. It is a world-famous venue and it is testament to the team that they have decided to renew with us.

“It is our job to provide the very highest levels of customer service in those corporate areas and that is why we ensure our team is trained to the very highest standards and also give them the freedom to be the best they can be in order to meet each client’s needs.

“Over the past few months, we have signed extended contacts with some prestigious sporting venues and events and, on top of that, we continue to work with some of the best known global brands at a range of events – from automotive firms to companies in the financial sector.”

As well as Silverstone, Aesthetics also provides staff to venues such as Wembley, White Hart Lane, Wimbledon and the Emirates. It also played a major role at several Olympic venues last year.
