The recent sale of 26 Western Approach, Plymouth has breathed new life into this stretch of vacant properties. Property consultants Vickery Holman completed the sale on behalf of the Co-Operative Estates. The property has been sold to regional retailer Stroll-On Baby who have relocated from elsewhere in Plymouth City Centre and also have branches in Newton Abbot and Exeter. Stroll-On Baby sell baby and child products.
The long leasehold interest, with Plymouth City Council being the freeholders, was on the market for £170,000 and comprises of 2,960 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor with an additional 1,313 sq ft of office / storage space on the first floor.
