Talented trio arrive at Foot Anstey

foot1Premier regional law firm Foot Anstey has continued its talent acquisition drive with the appointment of three specialist lawyers.

Duncan Tringham has joined the firm’s Plymouth office as a Partner in its nationally recognised Real Estate team. Since qualifying in 2003 he has developed significant expertise in the education, energy and telecom sectors. His recent work includes advising the University of Bristol on the development of its prestigious National Composite Centre, implementing and financing various renewable energy projects including a £75m construction finance facility for Infinis and advising Everything Everywhere on the integration of the Orange and T-Mobile technical property portfolios.

Emma Tringham also joins the firm’s Real Estate team as an Associate. Emma qualified in 2006, and her recent work has included acting for The Crown Estate in relation to their St James’ portfolio and their large scale infrastructure and development projects.

The third new recruit is Helen Trethewey who joins the firm’s Employment and Pensions team as an Associate. Since qualifying in 2006, Helen has gained substantial experience with national firms which include advising both the Trustees of the QinetiQ Pension Scheme and the Trustees of the Devonport Royal Dockyard Retirement Benefits Pension Scheme. She is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
