First speculative industrial development in Coventry for years

Bromwich Hardy are delighted to have been appointed as sole agents on behalf of Loades Plc at their prestigious Loades EcoParc development at Exhall.  Construction work has now commenced on what is the first speculative warehouse/industrial development within Coventry for the last four years.

Phase 1 will provide units of between 1,400 sq. ft and 3,000 sq. ft, with innovative design features included within each building.  Loades EcoParc will also be the first new industrial development in Coventry to provide electric charge points for vehicles, as well as other cutting edge environmental technology.

Rob Loades of Loades Plc comments “We are delighted that construction has now commenced on our Loades EcoParc development after several years of hard work to ensure the highest quality design.  We are committed to Phase 1 on a speculative basis and hope that it is not long before suitable tenants are found. I believe the properties we are constructing provide occupiers with premium accommodation coupled with the latest environmental ideas”.

Tony Loades comments “ Our development will offer first class warehouse/industrial unit accommodation, which we hope will attract both established and technology based companies within the Coventry area who are looking to expand their operations.  In addition on the back of the resurgence of motor manufacturing such as Jaguar Land Rover, we believe the buildings will attract interest from overseas suppliers”.

Loades EcoParc is a fifteen acre development with outline planning consent for larger units, in addition to the Phase 1 speculative scheme, which is under way.

Tom Bromwich of Bromwich Hardy comments “ This is an extremely important development for the Coventry/Nuneaton area and indeed the first speculative development to be undertaken within the last four years.  Our clients, Loades Plc are committed to providing the highest quality accommodation with cutting edge environmental technology and we are confident it will not be long before we have strong expressions of interest from tenants wishing to base their business at Loades EcoParc.  It is extremely satisfying to see work commence and we are looking forward to working with our clients over the coming months to secure tenants for this development”.
