SHW, on behalf of a private landlord has completed the letting of The Space 235 High Holborn, London WC1 to Frameworks.
The c. 15,000 sq ft office building has been taken in its entirety by the managed workspaces operator to add to its existing portfolio in London.

“This is the second time I have let this building in its entirety, the first was over 10 years ago! Whilst some of the market dynamics may have changed, the old adage of Location, Location, tube station hasn’t! The building is well placed for another 10 years.”
