Livery Place flying high

Highcross is off to a flying start for the month of September at its Livery Place office scheme in Birmingham City Centre, completing a substantial letting to a global HR leader.

Randstad has taken a whole floor plate of 9,000 sq ft in what is a significant take up of space for the City’s Central Business District.

Joe Curlett, Highcross Senior Asset Manager, commented: We are delighted to welcome another global brand to Livery Place. Our latest phase of refurbishment has been complete for only a matter of days and this letting is a testament to the quality of product we have on offer here and bolsters a further letting to Packt Publishing who have also taken occupation within the last few weeks.”

Highcross worked closely with Randstad to agree a deal and deliver the space on tight timescales in order to facilitate occupation towards the end of September.

Randstad commented: “We are delighted with the new offices. The position and configuration has provided an ideal centralised facility, and we are confident that the building will enhance the service to our clients in Birmingham and local region and will form a platform for developing and expanding our established businesses locally.”

A whole floor plate of 9,000 sq ft remains, together with a self-contained 5,000 sq ft suite which is ready to occupy. Livery Place now also has a Boutique suite offering that will be hitting the market in a matter of weeks and is in response to occupiers demand for smaller quality office units with their own identity within a larger established building. These units are strategically being brought to the market in time for the historic busy period prior to Christmas.

Joint letting agents for the scheme are GBR Phoenix Beard and CBRE.
