Shontelle Williams appointed to Harris Lamb Planning Consultancy

Harris Lamb has welcomed a new Associate to its expanding Planning Consultancy team.

Shontelle Williams brings expertise gained within the public and private housing sectors, having held senior positions at HTA Design LLP and Vistry Group.

With a BA in Social Policy from the University of Birmingham and a first-class Master’s degree in Spatial Planning from University College London, Shontelle has experience of working within various London local authorities as well as on numerous community and housing developments.

Shontelle spent more than six years working with HTA Design LLP before relocating to the Midlands to join Vistry.

With the department working closely with Harris Lamb’s in-house ecology and residential land teams, Shontelle’s knowledge and experience will make her an excellent asset to the business.

With experience in both consultancy and developer sectors, she brings an understanding of key issues for developers and what steps need to be taken to drive schemes forward, and we are delighted that she has chosen to join us.”
