Midlands marketing consultancy V Formation has moved its regional HQ to BioCity in Nottingham, one of Europe’s largest incubator facilities for lifesciences businesses.
The move comes as a result of V’s growing portfolio of established and start-up businesses from the lifesciences and tech sectors, which has added in recent months to its established portfolio of professional services organisations.
The consultancy, which provides strategic marketing consultancy and PR and communications support to businesses in Nottingham and across the Midlands, already provides marketing support for BioCity tenants XenoGesis and Reach Separations, and a number of non BioCity businesses from the sector.
In addition to its expanding portfolio of lifescience clients, V has a strong track-record of working with professional practices, business services providers, SMEs and family businesses. The consultancy created and project manages the Midlands Family Business Awards, a not-for-profit initiative underwritten by Nottingham’s The Wilson Organisation.
Now entering its seventh year, V was founded by Director Hilary Campton, and last year saw marketing professional Sue Carr join as a shareholding Director.
“Being based at BioCity will give us access to first class facilities and office space right in the heart of Nottingham’s Creative Quarter,” explains Hilary Campton, “whilst providing a good base from which we can meet client’s marketing, consultancy and PR needs across the region.”
Sue Carr adds: “Hilary and I believed that 2012 was the milestone year for V in which we won a number of exciting new clients, but 2013 is already shaping-up to top last year, particularly with the move to new offices. We are looking forward to being part of the BioCity community.”
