Harris Lamb scoops top accolade in Midlands property performance awards

Leading Midlands property consultants Harris Lamb has been named the Most Active Agent in the West Midlands for the fifth year in a row by industry bible Estates Gazette, thanks to its outstanding contribution within the UK property market.

The business, which has its Birmingham office in Francis Road, has consistently picked up the award since 2008, has spent the past 12 months expanding its team to strengthen its retail and commercial property offering; an investment which has paid off and enabled them to beat other agents in the region to the top spot.

Charles D’Auncey, director, said: “Harris Lamb has a long history of most active regional agent recognition, and we’re thrilled to have come out on top this year once again. It’s well documented how the sector has been challenged in recent years, but I am proud of the way our agents have thrown themselves into their work in spite of those challenges.

“That kind of determination has been one of the keystones to our success over the past two decades, and to have it acknowledged like this is a superb reward for the team’s efforts. Commercial property is a very competitive field and with so many successful, established and hard-working agents within the Midlands, it is an enormous boost to morale to know that all of our efforts are worthwhile.

“Harris Lamb prides itself on understanding clients’ needs and ensuring that we’re at the cutting edge of the market to advise them wisely, and it’s a real incentive to continue to deliver the high levels of service that have become expected of us,” he added.
