CPP is continuing its North West expansion with three new hires within its Manchester office.

Rob Taylor and Laurence Davies will join the CPP team as Directors, along with Jack Sullivan as Senior Surveyor based in the firm’s Manchester office and working across the North West region.

The well-respected and experienced team are joining from Cushman & Wakefield to form part of CPP’s northern leasing & development team, working alongside the firm’s Industrial & Logistics Directors Nathan Khanverdi & Steve Moriarty. Nathan joined earlier this year to spearhead the firm’s regional growth, shortly after the acquisition of Moriarty & Co.

Nathan says: “It’s been a hugely busy and exciting year for us at CPP, and I’m delighted to welcome this strategic team acquisition as we continue to build out our Northern platform and strengthen our national capability.

“Rob, Laurence and Jack are a close-knit, highly respected team with a strong track record across the North and beyond, advising on major schemes and working with a wide range of clients. Their depth of market knowledge, relationships and genuinely client-first approach align perfectly with how we operate at CPP. Bringing them into the business not only enhances our regional strength, but also creates significant opportunities for our existing clients and those we’re yet to work with, as we look ahead to the next phase of growth across the UK.”

CPP is a cross-sector real estate advisory business specialising in leasing, development, and capital markets. Founded in September 2013, CPP operates from offices in Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham & London.

Toby Vernon, Director and Co-Founder of CPP, says: “With our recent acquisition of Moriarty & Co, launching the business into the North West and strengthening our Industrial and Logistics platform across Yorkshire and the Midlands, this team appointment marks the next step in our ambitious expansion plans, further strengthening CPP’s national profile.”
