Aureon Partners, advising the Quilvest real estate funds, and Arax Properties have been granted planning consent for 300,000 sq ft of new manufacturing and logistics space across two adjacent sites at Falcon Park in Loughborough.
The new development will create a mix of manufacturing and logistics space, complementing the existing high-bay manufacturing buildings, to provide units ranging from 3,900 to 110,000 sq ft, suitable for traditional and high-tech manufacturing uses and modern logistics operators.
The new units will have a strong emphasis on ESG credentials and will be constructed to a BREEAM Excellent standard and an EPC A rating whilst also incorporating features targeting power generation, energy consumption and drainage management.
Located centrally in Loughborough with direct access to the A60 and A6004 and adjacent to the Mainline train station with direct service to London in 1h 15m.
Phase 1 of the development, Falcon Park North, will offer a series of new build units from 16,605 sq ft to 66,350 sq ft and Build-to-Suit options up to 110,000 sq ft. Heavy cranage will be possible on all units.
Phase 2 of the development, Falcon Park South, will offer a range of smaller units from 3,900 to 15,800 sq ft with office units incorporated.
