The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank has completed two commercial property deals on behalf of its long-standing client CCL Stressing International.
CCL Stressing International is the manufacturer and supplier of pre-stressing systems, anchorage systems and construction equipment for the precast concrete industry.
Knight Frank’s Yorkshire industrial and logistics team was appointed to identify and secure a new 13,000 sq ft warehouse on the Sandbeds Trading Estate in Ossett from landlord Chancerygate.
In addition, the team negotiated an off-market disposal of CCL’s 38,000 sq ft modern detached premises on the Park 2000 development in south Leeds to a locally based company, achieving a new market-leading sale price in the process.
Knight Frank partner Iain McPhail commented: “I have had the pleasure in working with CCL for nearly 20 years and am delighted to have supported them in the next chapter of their business evolution.
“We worked collaboratively with our client on both disposal and acquisition stages of this project and are currently advising on their live office relocation in West Yorkshire.”
Matthew Emson, CFO of CCL Stressing International, responded, “I have worked with Knight Frank over the last two decades, on all occasions I was impressed with their market knowledge and swift response they are our first call in all property matters.”
Avison Young acted for the landlord of Sandbeds Trading Estate in Ossett, Wakefield, and Philip Caspell of Holder and Co advised the purchaser of Park 2000 in Leeds.
