Perfect Group will move in to Welwyn’s new £28million industrial and logistics (I&L) development, INTER, taking a 17,998 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease.
The removal and storage business is the first occupier at the sustainable new scheme, which has been delivered by industrial and logistics platform Origin, a joint venture between developer HBD, part of Henry Boot, and Feldberg Capital.
Accredited by the British Association of Removers, Perfect Group delivers moving solutions for residential and commercial clients, including domestic and international removals, secure storage and professional furniture hire.
Having completed in November, INTER comprises three units totalling 71,000 sq ft of prime industrial and logistics space in Welwyn, attracting occupiers looking for modern, sustainable facilities close to the region’s key transport networks.
One of Hertfordshire’s best located I&L schemes, the development is just 2.5 miles from the A1M and only 26 miles from central London. There are two remaining units at the scheme totalling 40,016 sq ft and 13,484 sq ft respectively.
