Endsleigh Insurance have agreed a surrender of their lease of 33-35 Granby Street, Leicester.
The initial rack rent is £52,500 per annum exclusive.
Williams Gunter Hardwick represented Endsleigh Insurance whilst the landlord, was represented by Philip Fisher.
