Historic Cradley Heath site transformed into The Workstore after major £250k investment

A well-known industrial site in Cradley Heath has been given a new lease of life, following a complete refurbishment and the launch of The Workstore, a fully refurbished workspace hub, offering secure storage units, modern fully serviced and maintained offices and powered workshops for businesses and local residents.

The site, previously home to A. Perry Ltd for more than seventy years, has undergone a significant £250,000 transformation after the family-run business moved to its new headquarters. Still run by the Perry family, The Workstore now offers over 120 state-of-the-art storage units ranging from 20 to 150 square feet, along with 14 workshop units equipped with power and network access. The site also includes 12 newly refurbished offices, providing space for up to 50 desks, all fully serviced, cleaned daily and supported by high-speed internet, communal breakout areas, and a dedicated boardroom available for hire.

All facilities are accessible around the clock through individual access codes and are protected by advanced security systems and 24-hour CCTV.

Located on Doulton Road, Cradley Heath, B64 5QW, The Workstore is ideally positioned just three miles from the M5 motorway and two miles from Cradley Heath train station, making it a convenient choice for customers across the West Midlands.

Totally flexible contracts do not require customers to sign up for long term deals. By paying monthly anyone can take space to meet their requirements, no matter how big or small, short term or long term.
