Digital giant Allsee signs off new Birmingham HQ

Construction of Allsee Technologies’ new UK headquarters at West Longbridge, Birmingham, has reached practical completion, marking a significant milestone for one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the commercial display and digital signage market.

Delivered by Warwick-based main contractor MCS Group, the 63,500 sq ft design and build scheme comprises a purpose-built warehouse and a three-storey office complex, alongside car parking and external works.

The development brings fresh investment and skilled employment opportunities to one of the country’s largest regeneration zones.

The scheme forms part of the West Longbridge regeneration programme, which is transforming 140 hectares of former industrial land into a thriving mixed-use community. The wider masterplan is expected to create around 10,000 jobs across technology, commercial, and manufacturing sectors, reinforcing the area’s reputation as a hub for innovation and enterprise.

Baoli Zhao, managing director at Allsee Technologies, said: “Longbridge has a proud legacy of manufacturing and innovation, and we are honoured to be part of its next chapter with our new headquarters and digital technology centre. This milestone represents a major step forward for Allsee Technologies and the region, as we invest in high-quality jobs and continue advancing digital display and communication technologies.”

Rob Townsend, managing director at MCS Group, said: “Reaching practical completion at West Longbridge is a fantastic achievement. It has been a pleasure working with Allsee Technologies to deliver a state-of-the-art headquarters that not only reflects their global reputation but also contributes to the ongoing regeneration and economic growth of the West Midlands.”
