This is an important milestone in the property’s complete transformation under Tishman Speyer’s ownership as the building nears practical completion.
Leading social entertainment business LADbible Group will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet from the first quarter of 2026, relocating its London operations from Aldgate to Angel Square. The property offers a single floorplate of the scale to accommodate LADbible’s London team, as well as private terraces and an efficient pre-built space that will permit swift fit-out. Headquartered in Manchester, LADbible’s team members arriving in Euston will now be in their London office in 4 minutes.
