Cain signs latest logistics letting with Avon Freight Group at Redditch Gateway

Cain has announced that Avon Freight Group, recently acquired by Primeline Logistics, has committed to lease 162,409 sq. ft at Redditch Gateway, part of Cain’s Blackbrook UK logistics portfolio.

This latest letting marks a significant milestone for the scheme, with Unit 2 now fully let and Unit 1 (289,472 sq. ft.) still available to lease. The transaction underscores Redditch Gateway’s appeal as a future-ready logistics hub, offering best-in-class facilities and strategic connectivity.

Strategically located just 4.5 miles from Junction 3 of the M42, Redditch Gateway offers seamless access to the M40, M5 and M6, placing occupiers within reach of Birmingham (16 miles), East Midlands Airport (52 miles) and Central London (114 miles). The site benefits from a robust internal road system, enabling smooth movement of goods and vehicles.

Unit 2, now let to Avon Freight Group, features:
