Colliers has announced the appointment of Lucy Stainton as Commercial Director, a newly created role aimed at accelerating the company’s growth across London’s dynamic retail and office markets.

Lucy joins Colliers with more than a decade of industry experience, most recently serving as Vice President at Green Street, where she played a pivotal role in integrating the Local Data Company (LDC) following its acquisition. Prior to that, she was a board-level Commercial Director at LDC, spearheading go-to-market strategy, business development, and marketing.

In her new role, Lucy will work closely with Colliers’ London Retail and Offices teams, under the new One London offering, advising owners and occupiers across the full spectrum of services from data-driven location strategy and portfolio optimisation, to analytics and strategic partnerships.

Paul Souber, Head of One London at Colliers, commented: “Lucy’s appointment marks a significant step forward in our London strategy. Her deep expertise and proven ability to build lasting client relationships will be instrumental in delivering smarter insights and stronger outcomes for our clients. We’re excited about the energy and innovation she brings to the team.”

Lucy’s career has been defined by her ability to harness data and market intelligence to drive commercial success. She has worked extensively with operators, landlords, investors, and government bodies to support portfolio growth, regeneration, and strategic transformation.

She added: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Colliers at such a transformative moment. With data and strategic partnerships more critical than ever, I’m looking forward to help shape the next chapter of growth through building meaningful client relationships and delivering real impact alongside my new colleagues.”
