Accountancy and tax advisory firm, Morris Crocker has secured new offices at Lake House, Port Solent, Portsmouth after its property advisors Hellier Langston carried out an extensive search of the region.
Morris Crocker has signed a 10-year lease for the building’s 8,681 sq ft first floor, providing it with much needed modern space to match its ambitious growth plans. The quoting rent was £21.50 per sq ft and an attractive incentive package was agreed.
The offices have exceptional sustainability credentials – including EV charging points, energy-efficient design and an A-rated EPC – combined with its prime location and extensive amenities. The completion marks full occupancy of the Fishmour Group’s Lake House.
Morris Crocker will move into the new space in October.
Andy Hellier of Hellier Langston said: “Morris Crocker had a compelling need for new space to meet their growth strategy. We carried out an extensive search on their behalf and we are delighted to have secured this superb space.”
LSH and CBRE acted for the Fishmour Group and Hellier Langston represented Morris Crocker.
