Colliers has appointed Ben Wisher as director to its National Capital Markets team in Birmingham, bolstering the company’s presence in the region and bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the Midlands to the role.
Joining from CBRE, Ben has also previously worked at Knight Frank and Rigby and Co. In his new role he will lead the Colliers National Capital Markets offering in the region, based out of Birmingham. With previous experience in the industrial, retail and office sectors, Ben will be focussed on acquisitions and disposals across asset classes in his new role.

Throughout his career Ben has built up extensive experience across the investment landscape advising pension funds, private equity, developers and public sector bodies. Key transactions include advising on the acquisition of Unit 1 BSA Industrial Estate (Birmingham) for Axel Logistics, the disposal of Brampton Hut Services for Godwin Group and the acquisition of the Jelson Portfolio for Wigley Group.
