FlexSA Conference 2025 set to define the next chapter in flexible workspaces

The 2024 Flexible Space Association Conference

The Flexible Space Association (FlexSA) is excited to announce its annual Conference and Exhibition, taking place on May 13, 2025, at Convene 200 Aldersgate, St Paul’s, London – this year themed Shaping the Future of Work, a topic more relevant than ever.

The world of work continues to evolve rapidly, with businesses of all sizes rethinking traditional office models in favour of agile, employee-focused solutions. The rise of hybrid and remote working, increased demand for work-life balance, and a growing emphasis on sustainability and technology are driving a huge shift in how workspaces are designed, used, and valued.

Jane Sartin, FlexSA’s executive director, comments, “This year’s theme, ‘Shaping the Future of Work,’ is more pertinent than ever as we navigate the changing landscape of flexible workspaces and how people use them. It highlights the need for innovation, adaptability and strategic growth to meet the demands of today’s workforce. The theme reflects the pivotal role our industry plays in supporting this evolution.”

The 2025 Conference and Exhibition will provide a platform to explore how the flexible workspace sector can continue to lead in this transformation—embracing new technologies, meeting changing tenant expectations, and delivering spaces that not only respond to current needs but anticipate the future.
