Creditsafe signs lease on Ty Meridian at Cardiff Gate Business Park

The 50,000 sq ft office building was originally built as a bespoke contact centre for SSE providing very large floor plates on a self-contained site. The building benefits from a good amenity offer and sustainability provisions, including EPC B and extensive roof P.V.’s. The tenant, Creditsafe Business Solutions Ltd have leased the whole building for a new 15 year lease from Landlord, SSE Services Plc.

Creditsafe Business Solutions Ltd, specialise in company credit checking and comprehensive B2B solutions. With over 40,000 customers in the UK, the company helps businesses navigate financial, procurement and compliance risks while supporting informed decision-making. Creditsafe operates in the UK, with offices in Caerphilly, Cardiff Bay, and London.

Ty Meridian was previously occupied by SSE for their own business operation and subsequently Ovo Energy when they acquired SSE’s retail business in 2019. Creditsafe currently employ 300 staff in their Caerphilly office who will be relocating to Ty Meridian.
