National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has been appointed by F&C REIT Asset Management to market unit 1 Strategic Park in Southampton.
The modern industrial unit, totalling 68,348 sq ft, is to be marketed to large industrial & warehouse occupiers – specifically those with forthcoming lease events and other relocation requirements within and outside of the area. Vail Williams is appointed as joint agent alongside LSH.
