Catella APAM achieves full occupancy of One Finsbury Square with new lettings

Catella APAM, a prominent UK & Ireland-based real estate asset and investment manager, has announced the successful completion of two new lettings at One Finsbury Square, a prime office building in Central London. Executed on behalf of Danish client Britannia Invest A/S, these lettings have brought the building to full occupancy.

Britannia Invest A/S is a long-term investor in the UK real estate market in regional and city office buildings. Catella APAM has worked with Britannia Invest A/S since 2016, providing asset, property and facilities management services, as well as investment advisory and development management through Catella APAM’s subsidiary Bankfoot APAM.

UBT Accountants, who already occupy the building’s 5th floor, have now let the entirety of the 7th floor. Meanwhile, global market-maker Old Mission Europe has secured the 4th floor, joining the impressive roster of tenants at One Finsbury Square.
