MCS Group connects with electronics giant to deliver new HQ

Midlands-based main contractor MCS Group has been appointed to deliver a £12 million new headquarters in Warwickshire for a world-leading electrical engineering company.

WAGO UK & Ireland has instructed MCS Group for the construction of new offices and warehouse facilities in Crick Road, Houlton, in Rugby. The project includes a three-storey office area with approximately 34,000 sq ft of associated warehouse space and assembly area. The 48-week project is expected to reach practical completion in late 2024.

WAGO UK & Ireland is the leading specialist of spring clamp termination technology for interconnection and automation solutions. Since its foundation in 1951, WAGO UK & Ireland has pioneered innovative connection systems in electrical engineering and electronics. Its products can be found everywhere electrical conductors need to be connected permanently and safely in automation systems in different industrial applications.
