Lactalis and Deutsche Leasing come to Grosvenor House, Redhill

SHW have let 17,000 sq ft – the whole first floor to Lactalis at Grosvenor House, Redhill – alongside 5,500 sq ft of the ground floor to Deutsche Leasing, leaving only 5,500 sq ft available in two suites.

Grosvenor House is a high-quality refurbished office block of 50,000 sq ft with basement parking and is unique in offering large floor plates which attracted Lactalis who were able to relocate from their existing space on 2 floors and accommodate the whole business on to a single floor.

Redhill with its excellent rail service to London and Gatwick together with the attractive position opposite the park helped attract Deutsche Leasing out of Reigate.

Grosvenor House occupies a highly prominent position in the town centre overlooking the recently improved Memorial Park, which has undergone a £1.4m transformation. All the amenities are within easy walking distance, including the mainline station, the Belfry Shopping Centre and several restaurants and coffee shops. Redhill itself is a major business location, within 2 miles of the M25 and fast and regular train services to central London, Gatwick, Guildford, and Brighton.

Mark Skelton, Partner at SHW comments “We always hoped there would be an occupier for the whole first floor as it provides such a rare opportunity and the location of the building and recent regeneration projects in the town has helped attract businesses to Redhill.”
