Managed service IT provider SCG move in at Fountain Court Business Park, Bristol

The National Offices team at Colliers has secured a new tenant at Fountain Court Business Park in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

The 3,355 sq ft ground floor suite at Oak House is let on a new five-year lease with a three-year break. The suite has been let to SCG South West, a managed service provider of IT & telecommunications services which was formed from the coming together of Eurolink Connect, Channels Comms and Horizon Telecom.

James Preece, director in the National Offices team at Colliers Bristol, comments: “It is fantastic to welcome SCG South West to Fountain Court. The business park offers a selection of self-contained and multi-tenanted office properties, all of which are in a strategic location adjacent to the M4/M5 interchange.

“Recent lettings at the park mean there is now only space on the ground floor of Elm House, which provides 1,503 sq ft and at Cedar House, a two-storey building with a total floor area of over 4,500 sq ft.”
