Adding to the impressive line-up of top designer brands at London Designer Outlet (LDO), the capital’s leading fashion and lifestyle outlet centre, premier fashion brand, BOSS, has signed to open at the destination.

The German retailer, renowned for its clothing, accessories, footwear and fragrances, joins other major names at the LDO including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike and Converse. BOSS is taking 2,700 sq ft on the first floor near to Levi’s, Guess and Replay Jeans.

The LDO is a premium retail and leisure destination, with the appeal of major retail brands, a choice of popular restaurants and bars, the benefits of the surrounding Wembley Park offer, and the added bonus of serious, year-round discounts.

The brands at the LDO are benefiting from record-breaking month-on-month revenue performances. According to newly-published research by industry gurus, CACI, the LDO is outperforming other outlet centres’ turnover growth. A record-breaking five-month period from before Christmas to after Easter spotlighted that the destination consistently outperformed the outlet centre average across the UK, with month-on-month growth stronger at the Wembley Park outlet destination.

The LDO is managed by Realm, the UK’s specialist outlet operator, and is part of Wembley Park, the multi-billion pound transformation by Quintain surrounding the world-famous National Stadium.

Matt Slade, Retail Director of Quintain, said: “As LDO officially turns 10 today, it’s pleasing to see not only that it is consistently setting new revenue records but also that major brands, like BOSS, want to be here. This follows the news in the summer that Guess, Levi’s, The North Face and Lindt had all invested in upsizing their stores and Timberland had joined the centre.”

The LDO has some 265,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space including 70 outlet stores, restaurants and coffee shops, and a nine-screen Cineworld. Several leading brands, including Nike and adidas, have been at the LDO since it opened in 2013.

Wembley Park spans over 85-acres, including 42-acres of public realm and gardens, and features 500,000 sq ft of high-quality retail and leisure space. The transformative mixed-use development is just minutes from central London and is easily reached by three Tube lines, two train lines and eight bus routes that are all within walking distance meaning it is readily accessible from the capital and the home counties.

The leasing for London Designer Outlet is delivered by Realm.
