Global real estate advisor CBRE has made a raft of promotions at its South West office in Bristol, including senior roles in its Lease Consultancy, Building Consultancy and Valuation & Advisory teams.

Robert Moran, who’s part of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory team, has been promoted to Director, while Bruce Stone is now an Associate Director in its Building Consultancy division.

“To have such a strong team of senior, experienced property professionals helps us to meet demand for our services across the region and these promotions are a reflection of the efforts each have taken to lead their teams and look for ways to support our clients in what is no doubt a rapidly changing marketplace.

Alex Quicke has been promoted to Senior Surveyor in recognition of his work on significant projects in CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics team.

“As demand for industrial and logistics space continues to grow in our region, Alex continues to play an important role in helping to drive opportunities forward for our clients,” Morris added.

Both Acreman and Meredith joined CBRE in 2008 as Surveyors and have progressed their careers with the firm ever since.

“Over the past 15 years at CBRE, I’ve received a fantastic level support at every step of my progression,” said Meredith. “In my role there’s a lot of close collaboration with other teams, so I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot very quickly throughout my time here.”

Acreman added: “There are so many places a career in property can take you and my story is just one example. As a board member of CBRE’s Women’s Network, I’m especially keen to use my own experience to support and encourage women at all stages of their career in our sector wherever I can.”

Moran joined CBRE in 2014 as an Associate Director, while Stone became part of the team in 2017 as Senior Building Services Engineer and Quicke joined as a Graduate Surveyor in 2019.
