Sanderson Weatherall’s Newcastle team has moved to new offices at Central Square South.

Central Square South is a landmark 86,000 sq ft office development located adjacent to the railway station in Newcastle city centre. The property firm has taken a ten-year lease on the 4th floor.

Sanderson Weatherall’s office agency and architecture teams worked on the move and will be based in the office alongside the valuation, rating, building consultancy, property management, lease consultancy, retail and industrial agency and compulsory purchase teams.

Other occupiers at Central Square South include PWC, HSBC and DWF solicitors.
