Harris Lamb team continues to grow with appointment of Gareth Booker

Harris Lamb has welcomed an experienced chartered building surveyor to the team, fulfilling the first in a number of vacancies at the property consultancy.

With a decade’s experience within the Midlands property sector, Gareth Booker has joined Harris Lamb’s Birmingham office in Francis Road, bringing with him valuable insight into the region, and a proven track record that includes project management, budget control, tenant liaison and due diligence.

Richard Fantham, director of Harris Lamb said: “Having swelled our ranks significantly over the past year to facilitate our growing portfolio, we have started 2013 as we mean to go on, recruiting respected and talented new recruits to enhance the team.

“Our constantly growing portfolio of agency, building and planning projects requires extra resource to enable us to provide the standard of service we’re committed to delivering, and with ten years’ experience, a thorough understanding of the Midlands region, and proven success rates in overseeing a number of important projects throughout the West Midlands and Staffordshire, Gareth is a perfect fit for the business.

“Harris Lamb is continuing with its growth plan and is actively recruiting for a qualified management surveyor, a qualified rating surveyor a rating graduate surveyor and an agency graduate surveyor to enhance the team further and work with a range of clients at both a regional and national level,” he added.
