Trimbridge House provides Grade A open plan office accommodation in the centre of Bath just a stone’s throw from Milsom Street and Queen Square. Courtesy of the landlord’s recent redevelopment works, the office now offers a new reception, end of journey cycle facilities, and strong sustainability credentials with an EPC B and fully electrified building.

The remaining two suites providing 1,655 sq ft and 3,497 sq ft respectively, are available on new leases from the landlord. Fully fitted options are available on request.

Harry Allen, director, in the office agency team at Savills Bristol, comments: “The landlord’s speculative redevelopment has paid dividends, it demonstrates the continued tenant demand for city centre office buildings with good public transport links, surrounding retail amenity and sustainability credentials.”

Zoe Wood, asset manager, Boultbee Brooks, says: “Our recent success at Trimbridge House is testament to occupiers wanting a more frictionless experience when relocating. Active occupier led asset management demonstrates the property’s appeal across broad range of the tenants such as professional services, technology and consumer goods. Gradwell and Canned Wines are a welcome addition to existing occupier M&G.”

The Landlord, Boultbee Brooks was jointly advised by Savills and CSquared LLP, both Gradwell Communications and Canned Wines Co. represented themselves.
