Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has made two senior recruits to its Birmingham agency team to support a growing pipeline of instructions in the region.

Andy Riach and Richard Williams join as directors and will jointly lead LSH’s Birmingham agency team. Previously a director within JLL’s national agency team, Andy Riach has an established track record in the region, while Richard Williams is a well-known figure in the market and former head of Colliers’ Birmingham office agency.

Andy Riach said: “LSH’s track record in the regional office market speaks for itself and I’m excited to be joining a team of talented individuals committed to further growth”.

Richard Williams added: “I am looking forward to teaming up with Andy and other colleagues throughout the wider LSH network as we continue to grow and evolve our agency offer”.

Ryan Dean, head of transactional services at LSH, said: “Both Richard and Andy are well known in the market and will further strengthen our existing agency credentials. They have significant experience and will bring a breadth of new clients to the firm whilst assisting with our national occupier mandates.

Over the past year we’ve been involved in some key transactions, including GWP’s acquisition of 10 Livery Street and subsequent pre let to Mott MacDonald and advising the BBC in its search for a new Midlands hub. With one of the UK Region’s strongest agency teams now in place, I look forward to building on this success and continuing to add to our pipeline of instructions and sales.”
