Clyde Gateway Trade Park unit changes hands as demand for industrial property holds up

A vacant unit at Clyde Gateway Trade Park has been sold to an owner occupier for £570,500. The 4,564 sq ft, which includes shared yard space and car parking, was sold by former occupier, Powerlite Fitzgerald.

Clyde Gateway Trade Park is located in Rutherglen, approximately 2.5 miles south-east of Glasgow City Centre and comprises four modern industrial units totalling 27,409 sq ft.

Other occupiers at the scheme are Evolution Fastners, a manufacturer of high performance fastners for the construction industry and vehicle conversion specialist, Allied Vehicles.

The vendor, Powerlite Fitzgerald, was advised by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Millar Samuel Hill Brown Solicitors, while Cushman & Wakefield advised the buyer.
