Midlands based Trebor Developments has launched a major new Logistics and Manufacturing Park extending to over 54 acres, located near Preston and adjacent to J31A of the M6.
The development will provide a range of Industrial units on a build-to-suit or speculative basis ranging from 33,000 sq ft to over 800,000 sq ft with first units anticipated to be delivered for occupation in 2025.
