The UK insurtech, Policy Expert, has signed up to 22,700 sq ft at Laidlaw Estates’ Exchange House scheme at Milton Keynes.
Totalling over 150,000 sq ft, Exchange House is a prime central Milton Keynes office building which has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme to deliver high quality office space with excellent amenities.
Policy Expert is the latest of a number of deals following the refurbishment and they join a host of major occupiers including PWC, University of Bedfordshire and HS2.
