Leading Midlands’ developer, Opus Land, has completed the largest parcel sortation facility in the Midlands, with the handover of APC Overnight’s new £15 million cross-docked warehouse at Cannock’s Kingswood Lakeside.
The 138,000 sq ft national hub for the UK’s biggest independent next day delivery service, is located on a 12 acre site purchased from Staffordshire County Council.
