Acting on behalf of long-term clients Falcon Panel Products, Tim Gilbertson, Director of FHP Property Consultants has announced the acquisition of a new facility for Falcon in Birmingham enabling them to expand and grow their West Midlands offering still further.
This is the sixth acquisition that FHP have completed for Falcon over a number of years as they continue to grow and expand throughout the country, with Tim Gilbertson providing advice on the commercial terms of the transaction, Graham Collier of Mills & Reeve ensuring that all legal matters were looked after to the best ability, and Simon Molsom of Gaskell Building Surveyors providing building surveying advice throughout.
Tim Gilbertson commented:
“It’s been a pleasure dealing yet again with Falcon and helping them expand into new premises in Birmingham. I had previously acquired their first Birmingham base some ten years ago or more and it’s great to see them expand again and literally double the size of their footprint in the region. This is the sixth acquisition I have completed for Falcon over a number of years and as ever they are a pleasure to deal with, even when this deal was particularly challenging given the lack of good quality space in the Birmingham market.
Having finally sourced and concluded a deal on an excellent unit just off Spaghetti Junction and the M6, I am pleased that our clients are as delighted with the end result as I am.
I am sure Falcon will continue to prosper and grow and hopefully there will be more acquisitions in years to come for them in both Birmingham and other areas of the country.”
