BNP Paribas Real Estate secures leading land advisor for London Development team

BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced the appointment of Bruno Jaczkowski as Senior Director within its London Development team.

Bruno has close to 25-years’ experience, with previous high profile consultancy and land agency roles where he originated and transacted numerous landmark London living, mixed-use and investment opportunities including London’s first major PRS development at the Perfume Factory in North Acton as well as three ground-breaking later living schemes across the Capital. Most recently, Bruno successfully negotiated the sale of a significant 35-acre town centre logistics development site in Grays, Essex for £50m.

In his new role, he will be working alongside Paul Nicholls, Head of London Development, advising on living-led mixed-use developments and expanding BNP Paribas Real Estate’s coverage across London.
