Following on from their acquisition of Adams Golf last year, TaylorMade Golf Ltd have expanded their headquarters office function in Basingstoke.
Advised by the London agency team at Jones Lang LaSalle, a suite of 1,200 sq ft has been acquired in Bridgwater House, close to TaylorMade’s existing headquarters base on the Viables Estate in the town.
A new 3 year lease term has been signed. The landlord, Bridgwater Holdings Ltd, was advised by Baker Davidson Thomas and Clare & Company. The deal reflects continued commitment by TaylorMade to the town.
Further office space remains available to lease within the property, via agents BDT and Clare & Co. The property was fully refurbished last year following a letting of 6,000 sq ft at ground floor level to STERIS Ltd, suppliers of sterilising equipment to the medical industry. Remaining availability in the building comprises approximately 5,000 sq ft at first floor level, and 6,180 sq ft at second floor level.
