New hires boost Vail Williams’ growing PAM team

Experienced property asset management expert Faryal Sheikh Talib has been appointed as Associate in Vail Williams’ Thames Valley region

Vail Williams has strengthened its Property Asset Management (PAM) team in the Thames Valley region with two strategic new hires to meet demand.

This comes at a time when more real estate investors are turning to the firm’s PAM specialists to generate added value from their buildings.

Experienced Faryal Sheikh Talib has been appointed as Associate in the Reading office and Senior Surveyor Tom Horton has re-joined the property consultancy.

Faryal joined from Burley Browne Chartered Surveyors and has formerly worked at Bruton Knowles and CBRE, all in the West Midlands, in both the occupier advisory and asset services teams.

She specialises in property asset management and portfolio strategy. She has experience in managing office, retail, industrial and mixed used buildings. She also advises on occupier estate management, service charge consultancy, lease renewals and general strategy.

Faryal headed up the commercial management department at Burley Browne, was responsible for managing a portfolio with a collective rent roll of approximately £3million on a total square footage in excess of 450,000 and she implemented service charges equivalent to £175,000.

She said: “I am pleased to be joining such a well-respected firm as Vail Williams at this exciting time as they continue to expand and am looking forward to working in a multi-disciplinary team. I thrive on challenges, delivering excellence and making a difference when it comes to clients.”

“I have managed large property portfolios across England and Wales, including prime buildings within central London, and look forward to ensuring Vail Williams’ renowned PAM services remain second to none.”
