Colliers has announced the appointment of Kit Abram as associate director in its Hotel Capital Markets team.
Kit, who specialises in the acquisition and disposal of hotel assets across the UK is based in Colliers’ Edinburgh and London offices, having previously been at Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. In his new role he will focus on hotel transactions, key account management and bolstering the firm’s hotel capital markets offering in Scotland and the UK regional market. Previous key clients include Axcel Hospitality, Klarent/Henderson Park, Heeton Holdings, 4C Hotels and abrdn.
