Hollis appoints new Director in Milton Keynes

Andrew Jenkins MRICS

International independent real estate consultancy Hollis has appointed Andrew Jenkins MRICS to the role of Director in its Milton Keynes office, 14 years after he departed the firm as a surveyor.

The senior appointment builds on the firm’s recent growth and success, forming part of a recruitment drive – which has so far this year seen 68 new recruits into roles from junior to director level – to ensure new and existing clients continue to receive a consistent and high-level service.

Jenkins will be responsible for leading the delivery of a range of services including dilapidations, project management, landlord and tenant matters, pre-acquisition surveys, building condition inspections and service charge disputes for clients in South-East England.

Jenkins rejoins Hollis from Ridge and Partners where he worked in a senior capacity as Partner. He has over 20 years’ experience in building surveying, leading commercial projects from inception to completion across a range of sectors.

Commenting on his appointment, Jenkins said: “I have very fond memories of my time at Hollis which went a long way in developing my surveying capabilities. I am delighted to be rejoining in a senior role and look forward to putting my expertise into driving the firm’s ambitious growth objectives across the South-East.”

Carl Sablon, Milton Keynes based Director and Head of Industrial sector, added: “Andrew’s industry expertise and impressive network of industry connections will be invaluable as we look to bolster our client offering in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. We are delighted to welcome him to Hollis and look forward to seeing his career flourish.”
