New management agreement signed by The Boutique Workplace Company on 25,000 sqft in Midtown

The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a management agreement to operate c.25,000 sqft of flexible workspace One Fetter Lane.

One Fetter Lane will be the fifth property the firm has opened in 2022, with three management agreements and two leases. It now has a total of 350,000 sqft across 35 flexible workspace locations.

Acting on behalf of Boutique, Piers Barttelot from REESA states: “We sourced two previous buildings in this area for Boutique in the past so it is great to be able to find them a larger, newer workspace already fully fitted and with occupiers in situ. All parties have worked very well to ensure this was a quick deal that ultimately worked for all and most importantly gave certainty to the occupiers”.

On the corner of Fleet Street and Fetter Lane, the prominent workspace offers +400 workstations for co-workers and SMEs to thrive. The workplace provides fully furnished office space with AC and natural light, access to 1Gb internet, breakout space, phone booths, 24/7 access, meeting rooms and refreshments. It is also dog-friendly.

As well as enjoying the amenities, One Fetter Lane clients will now be able to access 15 of The Boutique Workplace Company’s membership lounge locations within its collection of 35 flexible workspaces and over 50 meeting rooms across the capital.

Dan Wheble, CEO at The Boutique Workplace Company, adds, “This opportunity has been one of the quickest transactions in my career to date. It just demonstrates how fortuitous the property market is at the moment in both the leased market as well as flex market. It is a fantastic workspace with good amenities in a prime location that we needed coverage in again and we look forward to working closely with our agent and partner network to increase occupancy in this well-known serviced office location”.

The Boutique Workplace Company now operates 35 workplaces across London, Wimbledon, Ealing Kingston-upon-Thames , Birmingham and South Oxfordshire.
