Hapri Yorke-Brooks returns to Midlands Investment Agency with BNPPRE role

BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has appointed Hapri Yorke-Brooks as Senior Associate Director within its growing Birmingham based investment team.

Hapri was previously at Savills (Birmingham office) from 2000 to 2008 where she held the role of Head of Investment. During this time, she was instrumental in establishing the Midlands Investment Property Forum and served on the management board of the Investment Property Forum. Hapri left Savills to start a family and most recently worked for her family-owned commercial real estate company. She has vast experience across the office and industrial sectors with strong relationships with developers, property companies and institutional investors across the Midlands and London.

Previous clients of Harpi’s include St Modwens, Axa Real Estate, Scottish Widows, Prologis, Argent Development Consortium, Stoford Developments and La Salle Investment Management.

Hapri’s appointment is the latest in a series of new hires across the Birmingham office as it seeks to capture the post pandemic growth of the Midlands market. To date, over 20 hires have been made across numerous business lines including the recent arrival of Giles Thomas as Senior Director within industrial and logistics agency.

The Birmingham news follows BNPPRE’s other senior regional appointments including Mark Rothwell as Investment Director in Bristol; Andrew Fyfe as Associate Director of Healthcare and Senior Living and Tara Cowley as Head of Planning across Scotland, and Aidan Baker and John Peart as Co-Heads of the Newcastle office.
